I also created another user account and again, just fine.

I have tried to open them in a Guest account and they work just fine. It's only affecting OneDrive and Anki so far, as far as I know they are both Apple Silicon apps and it doesn't matter if they're from the App Store or not (Anki is not on the App Store, but I have tried the version of OneDrive from the Microsoft webpage after uninstalling the App Store version) It is affecting at least 2 apps that I have noticed so far, so hopefully having two reports will make it easier to diagnose? Maybe not. I'm having trouble working out why certain apps are crashing (OneDrive quit unexpectedly) when I am trying to open them and possible solutions I've done a bit of research first but not sure about which would be the best way to go about it. Possible user account problem: certain apps crashing as soon s they are opened (Anki, OneDrive) Hello, As this is the ID I use, is there anything I can do so that Word, Excel and Powerpoint all work with it? It therefore looks like there is a problem connected with my original Apple ID. I then downloaded all the other Office apps, and they all work.

I then downloaded Word, signed in using my work Office 365 account, and it worked. I then again did a factory reset of the same iPad, but set it up using a new personal Apple ID which I set up just for testing this. I did some research and found a similar issue which was traced to a problem with Linkedin accounts, but I don't have one. It still crashed immediately (obviously I didn't sign into my work Office 365 account this time, since I had no opportunity to do so). I even did a factory reset of one of the iPads, set it up as a new iPad with my personal Apple ID, then downloaded only Word. I tried signing out of my Apple ID on each device clearing out my iCloud files signing out from my work Office 365 account from every app resetting all the apps and reinstalling all the apps. I tap the icon, the splash screen comes up, then it quits and the iPad/iPhone goes back to the home screen. Recently, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint always crash immediately upon launching.

I've dowloaded various Microsoft apps - Outlook, Onedrive, Skype, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, which I use using my work Office 365 account. I have 2 iPad Pros and an iPhone all with the latest OS version, which are my personal devices, tied to my personal Apple ID.
